Chat brings together one-to-one and group messaging, voice messages, photo sharing, voice and group calls. Whether you are catching up with a friend, sharing an update or organising a weekend plan, you can choose the way of communicating that suits the moment.
Real-time translation also sits within the conversation, reducing the need to copy messages into a separate translation tool. When friends use different languages, it can help you understand one another while keeping the conversation flowing. You can also initiate peer-to-peer transfers and cash gifts through links with ZYMIX Wallet directly from a chat. When a conversation turns to shared costs or you want to send someone a gift, the payment can stay connected to the exchange that prompted it.
We want Chat to make it easier to move from talking about something to doing it, while keeping the people and information involved close at hand.
Mix: Share your moments and discover something new
Mix gives you space to publish and explore text, images and short-form video through Following, Explore and Video. You can keep up with your connections, share moments from your day and discover content beyond the people you already know.
Different formats give you different ways to express yourself. A photo might capture an experience, a text post might start a discussion, and a short video might introduce you to an interest you want to explore further.
Because Mix is part of the wider ZYMIX environment, a post can become the starting point for a conversation, a community or a plan. You might discover something interesting, share it with friends and decide together what to do next.
Discover: Find your people and your next plan
Discover brings together events, communities, selected UK news, mini games and other lightweight services. It gives you a place to explore interests and opportunities, with communication close by when you want to involve someone else.
Through our integration with Ticket Tailor, you can discover events, buy and share tickets, and add events to your calendar within ZYMIX. You can find something you want to attend, discuss it with friends and organise the next steps within the same environment.
That connection helps reduce the effort between discovering a plan and taking part. Instead of keeping track of separate conversations and booking details across applications, you can bring more of the journey together.
Groups Nearby uses proximity-based discovery to help you find relevant groups and societies. Whether you are settling into a new city or looking for people who share an interest, it can help you explore communities around you.
Finding a group is often only the beginning. We want to make it easier to move from discovering a shared interest to speaking with people and becoming involved, so that an online introduction has the chance to become an everyday connection.
Mini-apps and games: Enjoy useful experiences without another download
Our mini-app architecture lets you access selected services within ZYMIX without downloading and maintaining a separate application for each one. Discover includes selected UK news and mini games, giving you ways to catch up or enjoy a brief break within the app.
This can be particularly useful for experiences you want occasionally. You may want to try a game for a few minutes or access a service when you need it, without adding another permanent application to your phone. We bring these lightweight experiences into ZYMIX so that useful and enjoyable activities are easier to access when they fit into your day.
Me: Manage your profile, preferences and everyday payments
Me brings together your profile, privacy settings, account controls, ZYPoints rewards and ZYMIX Wallet. It gives you a central place to manage how you use ZYMIX and the information you choose to share. You can review your preferences and account settings as your needs change, keeping control of your experience within the same environment where you connect and participate.
ZYMIX Wallet supports GBP and EUR balances, peer-to-peer transfers, shared-expense management, account top-ups and e-SIM top-ups. Whether you are sending money to a friend or managing costs from a shared plan, these functions sit alongside the conversations and activities that give them context.
We provide the wallet experience, while Mangopay supplies the regulated e-money services underneath it. Our aim is to make everyday payments easier to manage as part of the activity you are already organising.
Me also gives you access to ZYPoints, our participation and rewards system. You can explore eligible activities and the available reward options within ZYMIX, with details presented in the app as the programme develops.
